AZTEK Services was established in 1990 by Directors Alan and Lesley Cockerton trading from offices in Newmarket. The couples experience within the security industry lead to the development of a financially secure business, offering its customers the very best service and technology available.

In 1993 AZTEK Services achieved recognition by NACOSS for intruder alarms, this was followed by accreditation to BS EN ISO 9001 quality assurance. The company has expanded steadily on its reputation for quality and service, serving the needs of Industry, Ministry of Defence, Universities and Government Establishments also providing dependable security for many domestic customers protecting their families, homes and possessions.

Management keep abreast of technological changes and innovations that may be of benefit to existing markets and provide a direction to new business areas. Measures are in place in essential core areas of the business to indicate how well the business is performing. This includes not only basic business measures of cash flow, sales, capital expenditure, but also complaint resolution criteria, false alarm statistics and contractual obligations such as routine maintenance achievement and call out response times.

Data is gathered to determine success in continually satisfying the expectations and needs of our customers.
