We recently installed and integrated a Hikvision ANPR system with a gate that would allow staff easy access in and out of the site.
Installation of ANPR Hikvision CCTV system
Our engineers were tasked with installing a new ANPR Hikvision CCTV system that would work in conjunction with a gate to allow staff to enter and swiftly without the need of key cards.
Tattersalls is the oldest thoroughbred auctioneers in the world and the largest in Europe. Aztek Services were tasked with installing new Hikvision ANPR CCTV that would work in conjunction with a gate. This system would recognise staff's number plates and open the gate for them without them having to get out and use a key card or ring for assistance.
What system did our engineers use?
There are many different systems on the market which would do the job but known would do the job as good as what a Hikvision CCTV system would do.
As a Hikvision Platinum
Partner we were able to obtain access to the latest ANPR CCTV system on the market that would be integrated with their gate. The camera would recognise the registration plates of staff and would then open the gate for them without them having to get out and manually open the gate or call for assistance.
How do ANPR systems work?
When a vehicle arrives at the gate, it's number plate is checked against a database of staff vehicles. If the number plate that has been picked up has been recognised from the database the gate will then open allowing the person to get into the site.
